Typographic exploration was based on the deconstruction of characters both mechanical and organic. Once stripped of the original meanings the raw forms were united giving way to esoteric communication. Shown here are some of the studies of Typographic Fiction. The poster features a custom created typeface, made to emphasize the abundant creativity of the college that flows out into the world. I also tried to capture the work ethic that MCAD instils into it's students and combine it with some iconic images of the campus including the neon sign which is sadly no longer up on the sky-way. The posters were featured in a silent auction during the 125th Gala with proceeds going to fund future scholarships at the college.
